Are the magnets strong enough? Will they slip off?
Our pet refrigerator magnets feature a strong magnetic design, ensuring a secure hold and preventing them from easily slipping off the refrigerator. You can easily reposition them on the refrigerator door to create your own "pet museum."
Besides the refrigerator, where else can I stick it?
Besides refrigerator doors, it can also be applied to magnetic panels, metal filing cabinets, metal doors, and any other metal surface. You can also purchase additional soft magnets or 3M adhesive to attach it to desks, suitcases, walls, or anywhere else.
Are refrigerator magnets waterproof?
WJP full-color resin prints have a smooth and dense surface and some water resistance, so contact with small amounts of moisture during daily use is not a problem. However, prolonged immersion in water is not recommended.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Mooncoda has strict quality control over its products. If the refrigerator magnets you receive have non-human-caused manufacturing defects (such as obvious damage, severe color difference, etc.), please contact our customer service immediately and provide relevant photos. We will handle the matter appropriately based on the specific circumstances. Due to the special nature of customized products, returns and exchanges without a reason are generally not supported for non-quality issues.
Is the figurine material safe? Will it be harmful if my other pets sniff or accidentally lick it?
We use a high-purity, eco-friendly resin that has undergone a complete curing process. It is non-toxic, odorless, and chemically very stable. While it is not designed as a chew toy (and we do not recommend allowing pets to gnaw on it), it is completely safe for both humans and pets when displayed normally indoors.
