What are the differences between WJP's full-color 3D printed badges and traditional badges?

The biggest difference lies in the three-dimensionality, color reproduction, and detail restoration. Traditional badges are mostly flat printing, while WJP technology can achieve a true 3D embossed effect and micron-level fine details. Its core principle is similar to traditional inkjet printers, using a high-precision printhead to spray liquid photosensitive resin layer by layer, simultaneously completing white ink filling and color injection, and then rapidly curing it with ultraviolet light to achieve a one-piece molding of color and material. This is completely different from the traditional model of "single-color printing + post-processing hand coloring".

Is the color of the finished product different from what I saw on the screen?

It is normal for there to be some color difference between the finished full-color resin print and the original design. This is because different software and monitors have different color rendering and brightness settings. We recommend that you use the display effect of professional color management software as a reference. We will also do our best to control the color difference to a minimum using our technology and experience.

Is the figurine material safe? Will it be harmful if my other pets sniff or accidentally lick it?

We use a high-purity, eco-friendly resin that has undergone a complete curing process. It is non-toxic, odorless, and chemically very stable. While it is not designed as a chew toy (and we do not recommend allowing pets to gnaw on it), it is completely safe for both humans and pets when displayed normally indoors.

What if the badges I receive have quality problems?

Mooncoda has strict quality control over its products. If the badges you receive have non-human-caused manufacturing defects (such as obvious damage, severe color difference, etc.), please contact our customer service immediately and provide relevant photos. We will handle it properly for you.

Does full-color resin printing require post-printing?

No. Our full-color resin printing technology uses a one-piece molding process where the print is the finished product. The colors are directly integrated into the resin during the printing process, deeply blending with the material, eliminating the need for secondary coloring, touch-ups, or sanding. This not only avoids problems such as color difference, paint peeling, and blurred textures that are common with traditional post-printing methods, but also allows you to display and use your badges immediately upon receiving them.
