Your privacy is of paramount importance to Mooncoda. All uploaded photos are used solely for the modeling and production of your figurine and are stored on encrypted cloud servers. Only the relevant modelers and production team members have restricted access to view them.

Yes. Once you have confirmed receipt of your order and the 30-day after-sales service period has elapsed, we will automatically and permanently delete the original photos from our system. The 3D model files will be retained for 90 days only, to facilitate any requests you may have for reprints or replacements during that period.

Due to the unique nature of custom 3D products—where each piece is tailor-made specifically for you and cannot be resold—we do not accept refund requests based on subjective judgments regarding "likeness." The accuracy of the 3D reproduction depends heavily on the clarity and angles of the photos you provide.

If 3D modeling for your order has not yet begun, you may request a full refund. However, once our modelers have started working or the production process has been initiated—since labor and material costs have already been incurred—we are unable to process cancellations or refunds. We appreciate your understanding.

This is a normal occurrence. First, there are inherent color variations across different display screens. Second, the rock-based or resin materials used in high-precision, full-color 3D printing operate on a different imaging principle than that of a self-illuminating digital screen. Minor color fluctuations fall within the standard scope of the manufacturing process and are not considered quality defects.
