Can it be made into a keepsake?
Yes. Many customers customize 3D photo frames for deceased loved ones or pets as permanent keepsakes. Capture your most precious memories in a 3D frame, and see their familiar smiling face every day; this warmth will always be with you.
Can you customize couple or family sets?
Of course! You can customize a set of frames for multiple photos, creating a "photo wall" effect. You can also customize a frame for each partner as a sweet keepsake.
Are desktop frame waterproof?
WJP full-color resin prints have a smooth and dense surface and some water resistance, so contact with small amounts of moisture during daily use is not a problem. However, prolonged immersion in water is not recommended.
Can I return or exchange this item?
Mooncoda has strict quality control over its products. If the desktop frame you receive have non-human-caused manufacturing defects (such as obvious damage, severe color difference, etc.), please contact our customer service immediately and provide relevant photos. We will handle the matter appropriately based on the specific circumstances. Due to the special nature of customized products, returns and exchanges without a reason are generally not supported for non-quality issues.
Is the material safe? Will it be harmful if my other pets sniff or accidentally lick it?
We use a high-purity, eco-friendly resin that has undergone a complete curing process. It is non-toxic, odorless, and chemically very stable. While it is not designed as a chew toy (and we do not recommend allowing pets to gnaw on it), it is completely safe for both humans and pets when displayed normally indoors.
