Will the figure have a cheap, plastic feel in my hand?
Far from it. We use high-clarity, eco-friendly artisan resin, which offers a much finer touch and a more substantial, premium weight compared to standard 3D printing materials. It is not only durable but also possesses a warm, smooth texture akin to fine ceramic or high-end art pieces.
Will the colors fade or turn yellow over time?

While our resin has good thermal resistance, closed vehicles in summer can reach extreme temperatures (exceeding 70°C/158°F). How should I clean the figure if it gets dirty?
It’s very simple. Due to the material’s high density, you can easily brush away dust with a soft bristle brush or wipe it gently with a damp tissue. Please avoid using alcohol or other corrosive chemical solvents for cleaning.

Is the figure fragile? What if it arrives broken?
High-grade resin is naturally resilient, but like any art piece, it may break if subjected to severe impact or dropped from a height. We use thickened, shock-proof custom packaging for every order. Should any damage occur during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will remanufacture it for you free of charge.
