Can you really capture my pet's unique expressions using just photos?
This is precisely Mooncoda's core strength. Our AI engine has been specifically trained on the skeletal structures and facial muscle distributions of tens of thousands of different pets. It can not only reconstruct a 3D silhouette based on photos but also precisely capture those signature head tilts, floppy ears, or unique glints in the eyes—ensuring the figurine doesn't just *look* like your pet, but truly embodies its distinct "spirit."
Can you reproduce my pet's specific markings and fur details?
Yes, absolutely. Whether it’s a Husky’s distinct facial mask, a "cow cat’s" irregular patches of color, or the curly texture of a Poodle or Bichon Frisé, our AI engine performs a meticulous, pixel-level replication. Unlike the smooth, plastic-like finish often found on the market, our products feature a textured finish with distinct layers and depth.
Is the figurine material safe? Will it be harmful if my other pets sniff or accidentally lick it?
We use a high-purity, eco-friendly resin that has undergone a complete curing process. It is non-toxic, odorless, and chemically very stable. While it is not designed as a chew toy (and we do not recommend allowing pets to gnaw on it), it is completely safe for both humans and pets when displayed normally indoors.
Are the pet figurines fragile?
Our high-grade resin possesses a certain degree of both toughness and hardness. A typical fall from a standard desk height usually won't cause damage; however, if a pet (such as a cat) knocks it down from a high shelf, or if it sustains a severe impact, delicate parts like the tail or ears may still be at risk of breaking. We recommend displaying the figurine in a relatively stable location or within a sheltered display cabinet.
What sizes are currently available? Which size is best for a cake or a desk?
We currently offer three "golden standard" sizes:
8cm: Compact and exquisite—perfect for placing atop a 4–6 inch celebration cake or for use as a small car dashboard ornament.
10cm (Our Top Recommendation): Offers perfect detail reproduction and provides the most harmonious proportions when displayed on a desk or next to a computer monitor.
15cm: A collector-grade large size. It has a substantial weight and presence, and captures even the finest textures of the fur with crystal clarity—making it an ideal centerpiece for a living room display cabinet.
